How to Order

Step 1: Adding items to your basket

Browse through the website and click on a product image for more detailed information. On most items, you have a size and/or colour options. Select the size and colour you would like to order and click on the “add to basket” button.

If a specific size or colour is currently out of stock or has been sold out you will not be able to add it to your basket. In this case eg: “sold out black size M/L” will be displayed in the description.

If you want to add more items to your basket click the “continue shopping” button.

Step 2: Your Basket

You can review the items in your shopping basket at any time by clicking the “view bag” button at the top of the page.

To amend the quantity

Change the number in the “Qty” box

Select the “update order” button.

The basket will update your order.

To delete an item from your basket

Click the “delete” check box next to the item you wish to remove.

Click the “update order” button to update your order before proceeding to the checkout.

When you are happy with your selections, click the “checkout” button and complete your contact, delivery and payment details.

Step 3: Checkout – Contact & Delivery Details (secure area)

Our checkout will prompt you to enter your contact and delivery details. Once you have completed all the fields marked with an asterisk(*), please select the “submit” button. Please make sure your email address and phone number are correct.

The window will display your contact & delivery details in a secure area and you will notice the security lock in the bottom right hand corner of your browser. The security lock ensures your order & payment details are encrypted and remain secure over the internet.

Step 4: Order Confirmation & Payment

It is important that you confirm your order, then complete the payment details. Please check your order and payment details carefully. When you are satisfied with the information please select the “confirm” button.

KBC reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on our website at any time. The price payable for the Goods shall be the price applicable on the date the Goods are confirmed as ordered. Advertised prices are in Australian Dollars and are all inclusive of GST. Sometimes typographical or human errors may occur, in which case we will try our best to quickly rectify, but we hold no responsibility for.


All prices quoted on the Kangaroo website are quoted in Australian Dollars.



Please note that colours of products will sometimes vary depending on the quality and make of the computer screens they are being viewed on.

Order Acceptance

Once an order placement has occurred, you are engaged in a contract that sees you unconditionally accept the prices and descriptions of the items you have ordered. Once an order has been placed with KBC, you will receive an email confirmation of payment. This email does not promote acceptance of the order, it is simply a confirmation that we have received it.

Unless an order is cancelled by you – the buyer -order acceptance does not occur until KBC has emailed you informing you that your order has been dispatched. Once this has occurred, the sale contract has concluded.

If we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment or in the case where we may suspect fraudulent use of credit card – we reserve the right not to accept your order. We also reserve the right to not accept your order if certain shipping restrictions apply for the area of delivery, or if the item ordered is out or stock or withdrawn from sale for any particular reason.

Payment Information

Payment can be made using PayPal, Visa and MasterCard. Payment will be processed as soon as your order has been submitted. In the event that your order cannot be filled – a refund for the full purchase amount will be processed immediately.

By placing an order online you are confirming that the credit card you are using belongs to you. All credit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation checks by the card issuer. This is especially relevant for overseas orders.


Protecting your personal and order information is a priority at Kangaroo. We want you to be able to order from with total confidence. As such we have created a secure transaction environment. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. Our online ordering system is the industry standard for encryption technology to protect your online order information. SSL encrypts all information including your credit card and all personal information passed from you to using a 128-bit encryption.


We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our premises.

Delivery is at a flat rate of $10 within Australia and takes between 2-4 working days. We generally ship using Australia Post Express Satchels.

For International deliveries it is at a flat rate of $15 and takes between 4-8 working days.

Please be sure to provide an address that will be attended when delivery occurs. In the best interest and safety of your order – please consider sending your parcel to a location that is occupied between the working hours of 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. Alternatively, KBC is able to deliver to a PO Box address.

You must use correct and complete addresses, including a company name and contact at the company where necessary, and at least one contact telephone number.

Delivery Information

When estimating the delivery time of your goods please consider the following;

Order processing will not commence until credit card authorisation and address verification has occurred.

Orders which are placed after midday will not be downloaded into the system for processing until the next day. Therefore unless you place your order before 12pm, it will not be actioned until the following day.

Please allow at least 1-2days handling time before your order is dispatched. Where possible we will try to process orders for shipment on the same day of purchase, but this will vary depending on the quantity of orders at any given time.

In the case of incomplete delivery, shipping will only be charged for the first delivery.

Orders which are placed over the Weekend or on a Public Holiday will not be processed until the next business day, at the earliest. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding NSW Public Holidays.

Please note when completing your order form to include a valid Street Number, Suburb, Post Code and Phone Number. Orders cannot be processed without this information, and Kangaroo will not be held responsible for any delays incurred because of this missing data.

International Deliveries

International Shipping is available but the fee will vary from country to country. Please email before your purchase is made to find out the shipping fee to your international destination.

Please Note:

All orders are in Australian dollars (AUD).

International orders may take up to 14 days to be delivered depending on your countries custom process.

We use a courier for our international deliveries and they require a signature on receipt of your order. If there is no one at the delivery address a calling card will be left and the order will be returned to the depot. This card will have options for you to arrange an alternative delivery time. Our courier will attempt delivery to the same address on 3 consecutive business days.

On international deliveries we can’t deliver to post office boxes and we don’t offer C.O.D on any orders.

International orders  may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered.

Any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a “gift”, even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. If you require further information about your countries taxes and duties you will need to contact your local customs office directly.

Returns & Exchanges

At KBC, we pride ourselves on providing quality product to our customers. We want you to enjoy your purchases and continue shopping with us. If your purchase isn’t right we are happy to offer a refund to exchange or return subject to the points below, although please note there are no exchanges or refunds on sale items, unless the items are flawed or damaged.

2. All items must be returned within 7 days of the original order being placed.

3. Items must be returned unworn, and with original tags intact.

4. You must include the original receipt with your return.

5. Refunds will exclude any postage costs.

6. Please allow up to 14 days from the day you post your return for your account to be credited. Customers will be responsible for the shipping and handling charge.

7. Discounted sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
